Several wipers have been on the market for years, but are all plagued by problems which limit their effectiveness under certain conditions. Agriweld's "Power Roll" Weed Wiper was specifically designed to eliminate these conditions.

FEATURES:

• A carpeted drum, laden with a chemical/foam concentrate solution supplied by evenly spaced TeeJet nozzles, hydraulically rotates against a carpeted backboard, providing friction necessary to create a shaving cream lather like foam. This thick foam provides superior adhesion to the target plant, while eliminating the dripping problem of other wipers.

• As the operator notices red carpet showing through the foam, an electric switch is toggled, activating a ShurFlo 3.0 GPM pump, supplied by a 25 gallon poly tank, to replenish the carpeted drum. In this way the operator completely controls the amount of chemical available to the wiper.

• Hydraulic power is used to turn the drum of the weed wiper. The maximum hydraulic flow required is 2 GPM. The roll speed is field adjustable through a flow control.

• Crop height adjustments are made with frame adjustments (pre-field), and drum jacks (in-field) that allow operation at 4" minimum clearance, to 36" maximum clearance.

• Wings easily fold to rear, and trail for transport. Transport width is 11'6" on standard models.

Wheels are adjustable to fit the spacing of almost any row crop.
